Position Summary

This position provides clinical leadership, oversight, assessment, support and coordination of patient care operations and workflow activities provided by nursing, clinical, and support staff throughout the house for a designated shift to ensure consistent provision of developmentally appropriate quality patient care in accordance with all applicable federal, regulatory, professional standards and requirements.

Education

• ADN (Required)
• Bachelor`s or higher in healthcare related field (Preferred)

Experience

• Experience with pediatric patient populations (Preferred)
• Three years professional clinical practice (Required)

Certifications

• Current BLS certification for Health care Provider from the American Heart Association (Required)
• Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association (Required)
• Current State of Arizona RN license (Required)
• Current and valid nursing certification in clinical nursing expertise required or must be able to obtain within one year of eligibility.
  Cert Ped Nurse (PNCB)
  or Cert NICU RN (NCC)
  or Cert Nurse Mgr & Ldr (AONE)
  or Cert PEd Hem Onc Nrs (ONCC)
  or Cert Peds ER Nrs (BCEN)
  or Cert Rehab Nrs (ARN)
  or Critical Care RN (AACN)
  or Nurse Executive (ANCC)
  or Nurse Executive Advanced (ANCC)
  or Nursing Specialty
  or RN Board Certified (ANCC)
  or Trauma Certified RN (BCEN) (Required)
