The Senior Director of Women's Services will direct a large team of FTE's ( > 150) that includes Two Managers, One Outcomes Business Manager, Two Clinical Nurse Specialists and 16 Clinical Coordinators. The position reports to the Chief Nurse Executive.
The Senior Director of Women's Services is a highly visible and critical leader within the senior leadership team. The Senior Director of Women's Services will not only focus on the daily operations, but will also be responsible for the financial management and budgetary oversight of both campuses with Bayhealth - Kent ( Dover location ) and Sussex ( Milford ) . Reported births per year combined reported as < 3,000.

Minimum Education and Experience: This position requires MSN, 5 years of managerial experience within Women's specialty and related certification, DE RN License or compact license
