DUTIES: The duties and responsibilities include, but not be limited to, the scheduling of the physicians operative procedures and pre-admission testing as well as obtaining the pre-certification for the patients' surgical procedures prior to each admission. Additionally, the scheduling of the various radiological tests are also required prior to the patients' admission. Assists the physicians in the computerization of the referral letters on a daily basis. The answering of heavy telephone calls and taking detail messages for the physicians. The contacting of the patients and verifying their scheduled appointments on a daily basis. (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE POSITION DESCRIPTION) QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must possess preferably an Associate Degree with good communication, administrative and computer skills.
