Leads and ensures the operational precision and infrastructure of assigned areas of responsibility to achieve service line goals including safety, financial vitality, human experience, team member engagement, physician partnerships, and quality. Manages and directs strategic growth and integration projects for the market oncology service line inclusive of Medical Oncology, Gynecologic oncology, Malignant and benign hematology, Integrative Medicine, Specialty clinics and various Cancer Center programs.

Education: Master's Degree Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics/finance, or management. Master's in Business Administration, Finance or Healthcare Administration Required
Experience: Minimum of five years successful business operations experience. Required
