Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, New York, located just 75 minutes north of New York City, is seeking a part time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join the level III NICU team.
Vassar Brothers Medical Center is a 365-bed hospital with a 15-bed Level III NICU. Vassar has the only Level III NICU between Albany and Westchester, equipped to handle all babies 23 weeks and up, caring for all medical complications except cardiology and advanced pediatric surgery.
24 hour shifts

Vassar is building a new 696,000 square-foot, seven-level inpatient pavilion with 264 private medical/surgical patient rooms and 30 critical care rooms
The ideal candidate is Master's prepared with at least 2 years of neonatal/newborn experience as a neonatal, pediatric or family medicine NP. Candidate should have prior work experience in a NICU / Level III nursery setting. Most common diagnoses are prematurity, respiratory distress, sepsis evaluation, hypoglycemia.
